Currently, any property using the STRATIS Management App with Yale locks will also see the Chirp icons; however, this does not necessarily mean that Chirp access points, hubs, or gateways will be present on the property.

The Yale integration is managed by your property via a two-tab experience with the STRATIS Management App and the Chirp Admin Panel.

  • Staff members created within the STRATIS Management App with the Property Administrator permission will be assigned the Chirp Property Manager role within the Chirp Admin Panel.

  • Staff members created within the STRATIS Management App without the Property Administrator permission will be assigned the Chirp Office Staff role within the Chirp Admin Panel.

Staff can navigate to the Chirp Admin Panel directly through their web browser, or use the Chirp icon within the STRATIS Management App.
