Welcome to the STRATIS help site. In addition to these help articles, your STRATIS Mobile App also has video tutorials built in to teach you how to use app features.

The STRATIS Management App works with many different brands of locks, devices, and access point solutions. The brand of device will determine the steps you’ll need to follow to operate your mobile or Management App.

For STRATIS Mobile users, follow these steps in our Mobile Troubleshooting Guide to determine your device and lock types.

For STRATIS Management App users, if you’re unsure of the brands of devices on your property, contact STRATIS Support.
