Submitting a Maintenance Request Through the Mobile App

The STRATIS Mobile App makes it quick and easy to notify your Property Staff about any maintenance request you might have.

 

1. Open the STRATIS Mobile App and log in if needed.

2. When opened, the app will display your dashboard.

3. Select the menu button located at the top left of your screen.

4. Select Maintenance.

5. Select the large + icon to submit a maintenance request.

6. When complete, select Send Email and your property staff will be notified.

7. Your list of reported requests will indicate the current status of whether the maintenance request is still open or has been closed.

Tickets submitted through Mobile will generate confirmation emails for the resident (apart from Entrata properties).
