Activating Your Unit Lock

1. Open the STRATIS Mobile App and log in if necessary.

2. When the app is opened, it will begin scanning for in-range locks.

3. Your dashboard is customizable and will display your unit lock.

  • You can learn to customize your dashboard here.

4. Select the Devices button located in the top right of your screen to see a list of all accessible nearby locks.

5. When you’re within Bluetooth range of your unit door, you’ll be able to activate your lock to then unlock or lock it.

  • You can either swipe to unlock or long press to unlock.

  • To switch the interface to your preference of swipe or unlock, please select menu, then Preferences, and change your Unlock Preference.

6. The lock will then blink red to show it is connecting through Bluetooth.

  • The lock will beep and blink green to show a successful activation,​​​​​​​ and your mobile app will say Activation Successful.

  • You are now able to lock or unlock the deadbolt.
