Using Comelit on Your Mobile Phone

Comelit doesn’t integrate with your STRATIS Mobile App. To receive Comelit rings, you’ll need to download the Comelit App and interact with your visitors through their platform.

1. On the day you move in, you’ll receive an email from Comelit inviting you to set up your account.

2. Click through that email and register yourself for a new Comelit account.

3. Follow the setup process shown on your screen.

4. Comelit will send a second email for verification of your account. Verify via that email link.

5. Download the Comelit App from your relevant app store.

6. Log into your account on your phone’s app.

7. Follow the screen prompts to enable the correct permissions. All shown permissions must be enabled, or you won’t receive Comelit rings.

8. Select Door Entry.

9. After Comelit automatically registers you, select Done.

10. You’ll now see a homescreen where you can connect to the Comelit panel and participate in audio/video calling.
