Maintenance Menu Overview - Schlage

To use the maintenance ticket tab, you’ll need to have the maintenance request function turned on in your property settings. You must also have a default maintenance email entered and saved in your Property Settings. This menu is also where you’d go if you need to change who receives emails when maintenance emails are created. Your maintenance email will receive an email each time a maintenance ticket is created.

We strongly recommend returning staff keys after they are used in order to clear any data they might contain.

 

The email address you specify here must be a valid, monitored address. It should not be a general site email or an imaginary address. If the email address is not valid and monitored, your staff will not receive notification of requests.
