Add a Maintenance Ticket - Schlage

Select Maintenance.
Select Add Ticket.
Enter the name or email address of the Requestor, the status of the ticket and the type of ticket, and select Choose Units.
Select the units/unit groups for the ticket to address.
Choose the desired action:
Create Ticket Only - This creates the ticket without issuing a credential.
Add Mobile Credential - This creates the ticket and grants mobile access to the Staff member assigned to the ticket. Note: The 11 slot limitation does not apply to mobile credentials.
Add Credential - This creates the ticket and allows user to create a smart key.
