Close Maintenance Tickets - Schlage

Close a Maintenance Ticket

  1. Select Maintenance.

  2. Select the desired ticket.

  3. Select Follow Up.

  4. Change the status to Closed or Resolved.

  5. Select Submit Follow Up and add any relevant notes.

Close Multiple Maintenance Tickets

  1. Select Maintenance.

  2. Check the boxes of the tickets you would like to close.

  3. Select Batch Close.

  4. Confirm the batch close.

We strongly recommend returning staff keys after they are used in order to clear any data they might contain.

 

* Closing a ticket will not revoke the access that has been granted. If you are looking to revoke the access BEFORE the expiration date/time, you would need to manually remove access. *

 

Maintenance/Vendor Smart Keys:

Can be reused after they are returned or expired.

  • Return before expiring:

    • Select Devices.

    • Tap Return Found Key.

    • Place the maintenance/vendor key on the MT20W and follow the prompts on your screen.

Maintenance Mobile Keys:

Mobile keys are automatically revoked after the scheduled expiration date/time.

  • Revoke before expiring:

    • Select People.

    • Choose the staff user’s name.

    • Tap Change Units within the staff user's profile.

    • Select Units and manually remove each lock before tapping Select and Confirm.
