PMS Integrations Menu Maintenance Options

This page and all others on the help site will be retired in Q4 2024. Please refer to the new help site by clicking the Help icon in the top-right corner of the STRATIS Management application.

In addition to our larger integrations menu, certain properties also have the option to turn on the maintenance function of our PMS integration. Below is a breakdown of what STRATIS offers for this type of PMS integration depending on your brand of PMS.

RealPage

The Realpage maintenance integration allows your residents to request maintenance directly from the STRATIS Mobile App 2.0. After turning on Resident Maintenance Requests in your property settings, resident requests will flow to both STRATIS and your Realpage maintenance dashboards. Closing a ticket in Realpage will close the ticket in STRATIS, but closing a ticket in STRATIS will not close it in Realpage. Only resident requests will sync, requests created in either system by staff members will not.

Entrata

The Entrata maintenance integration allows your residents to request maintenance directly from the STRATIS Mobile App 2.0. After turning on Resident Maintenance Requests in your property settings, resident requests will flow directly to your Entrata maintenance dashboard. Requests made by residents will show in their mobile app but won’t show in the Management App, and requests created in either system by staff members won’t sync to the other.

Yardi

Yardi does not currently support maintenance integration.

Bixby

Bixby does not currently support maintenance integration.

Appfolio

Appfolio does not currently support maintenance integration.
