Enable Urgent Contact Notifications
This page and all others on the help site will be retired in Q4 2024. Please refer to the new help site by clicking the Help icon in the top-right corner of the STRATIS Management application.
Select People.
Select the Staff bar.
Choose the relevant Staff member.
Ensure that the selected Staff member has a phone number associated with their account.
Select Change Role.
Check the Urgent Contact box.
Save.
Note: To disable a Staff Member as an urgent contact, just uncheck the Urgent Contact box, then Save.
