Activating your STRATIS Management App Account

Welcome to the STRATIS Family! Before you can log in to the STRATIS Management App and start managing your property, you’ll need to activate your account. This applies to all Management App users, no matter which brand of hardware you have on your property.

  1. You’ll receive an email from Support support@stratisems.com.

  2. Select Activate Account.

  3. Create your password.

    • Passwords must be 8 or more characters and contain at least one number or symbol.

  4. Verify that your passwords match.

  5. Enter your cell phone number for two-factor authentication.

  6. Submit.

  7. You’re now ready to log in to the Management App for the first time.
