Reset a Resident's STRATIS Mobile App Password

Reseting a Resident’s STRATIS Mobile App password is simple and can be done via the STRATIS management app or the login screen of their STRATIS Mobile App.

Resident Password Reset in the STRATIS Management App

  1. Select Places

  2. Choose the building, floor, and unit in which the Resident resides.

  3. Select the Resident who needs a password reset email sent.

  4. The Resident info panel will open on the right side of your screen.

  5. Select Reset Password.

  6. A reset password email will be sent to them to create a new password. The activation links within it expire 7 days after sending.

Resident Password Reset in the STRATIS Mobile App

  1. Have the Resident open the STRATIS Mobile App on their phone.

  2. Select Sign in.

  3. Enter the Resident’s email.

  4. In the new password screen that appears, select Forgot Password?

  5. Type in the Resident’s email again and Submit.

  6. The Resident will receive a password reset email to create a new password.
