Key Feature Summary

STRATIS properties integrated with Brivo benefit from two important features:

• Automated Data Syncing from STRATIS to Brivo: Staff, residents, and visitors created in the STRATIS Management App automatically sync to the Brivo Access platform so you don’t have to create multiple accounts. Any access granted to STRATIS users through the Management app (mobile and fobs) will create the necessary rights for users to open doors controlled by the Brivo platform.

• Brivo Door Unlock via STRATIS Mobile App: If your property has purchased a sufficient number of Brivo Mobile passes, STRATIS mobile app users can unlock Brivo-controlled doors.

Automated Data Syncing from STRATIS to Brivo

Data is synched across the following data points:

User Data

When staff/residents/visitors are created in the Management app, a corresponding account is created within the Brivo platform.

Groups & Group Assignment

During the onboarding of your STRATIS-enabled property with Brivo, STRATIS will create three (3) main groups within the Brivo platform:

• Staff Group

• Resident Group

• Visitor Group

Each time a user is created within STRATIS, our integration will assign the user to one of the aforementioned Brivo groups based on their role.

Brivo Doors / Access Points

Brivo doors are also assigned membership to one or more of the Brivo groups (for example, a Brivo door named “Main Entrance” could belong to all 3 groups, where “Maintenance Room” may only belong only to the staff group. These door memberships are configured by your Brivo dealer in conjunction with your STRATIS project manager.

Smart Key Syncing

When keys or fobs are assigned/revoked within the STRATIS Management app, that key or fob will also be assigned/revoked to the corresponding user within the Brivo platform. In the Brivo platform, a fob is assigned to the owner, and the owner belongs to a group, therefore it is the owner of the fob that has access, not the fob itself.
