Editing Amenities for Existing Residents - Schlage

NOTE: In STRATIS, an “Amenity” is a common area that only select residents should have access to.

For example: A Parking Garage that some residents can pay for use, instead of the parking lot all residents have access to.

For Residents who have already moved in, Amenity Access will appear in their Resident profile when opened from either the People or Places tiles on the home screen.

  1. Select Edit Amenities.

  2. From the new drop down list that appears, choose the relevant amenities.

  3. Save.

  4. When a Resident logs in to the mobile app, the access point will appear within their list of locks. Their current smart keys should work on that access point if your property has Brivo or Chirp as your access point solution. If your property uses offline locks on your amenity doors, smart keys would have to be rewritten for the Resident.
