ActiveBuilding and Community Rewards Mobile Integrations
Smart Building is partnering with ActiveBuilding and Community Rewards to bring you a number of exciting new features. While these applications were developed outside the Smart Building ecosystem, we have integrated them into the STRATIS Mobile App to provide a seamless experience in the STRATIS Mobile App!
Smart Building and Active Rewards provide the following features:
Community Rewards: Earn rewards and gifts simply by using the STRATIS Mobile App. You will receive points you can redeem to receive rewards.
ActiveBuilding: Make payments, use amenities, view local events and property announcements, track package deliveries, and more.
Payments: View and pay your rent statements
Amenities: Make reservations
My Lease: Renew your lease ( renamed as of March 2024)
Insurance: Purchase policies
Maintenance: Submit and track requests
Community: View announcements in your community and post messages
Services: View offers from various service providers
Packages: Track delivery
Events: View upcoming events in your community
Messages: View communications from the staff in your community
If your property has integrated these features and you’ve activated your STRATIS account, you’ll see feature tiles on your dashboard like in the below image:
The various features of ActiveBuilding and Community Rewards are integrated into your STRATIS Mobile App Dashboard. There’s no need to open a separate application, as everything has been integrated along with the standard features of the STRATIS Mobile App.
Using ActiveBuilding and Community Rewards Features in the STRATIS Mobile App
If you’ve activated your ActiveBuilding account at any point in the past (via activation email or web), clicking on one of the connected features will automatically enable that functionality in the STRATIS Mobile App.
Similarly, if you’ve activated your Community Rewards account at any point in the past (via activation email or web), selecting Rewards will automatically enable that functionality in the STRATIS Mobile App.
Enabling ActiveBuilding and Community Rewards in the STRATIS Mobile App
If you haven’t yet set up your ActiveBuilding or Community Rewards accounts before logging into the STRATIS Mobile App, don’t worry! You can finish the one-time setup inside of the app in just a few minutes. Once the setup process is complete, you can seamlessly use the features just by clicking the tile in the STRATIS Mobile App.
Setting Up ActiveBuilding
When you click an ActiveBuilding feature and your account has not been activated, you will be taken directly to a setup screen allowing you to quickly and easily sign up. Once you complete the process, you can access all available features without having to log in.
Setting Up Community Rewards
When you click the Community Rewards tile and your account has not been activated, you will be taken directly to a setup screen allowing you to quickly and easily sign up. Once you complete the process, you can access Community Rewards without having to log in.
If you’re already on a STRATIS property and the ActiveBuilding or Community Rewards features are synced at some point in the future, those capabilities will automatically appear on your dashboard the next time you log in. You can always edit your dashboard, and remove whichever of the feature tiles that you choose.
Some specific ActiveBuilding or Community Rewards notifications (emails, SMS), may direct you to those applications. We are working on a unified notifications strategy across all experiences (STRATIS, ActiveBuilding, Community Rewards, etc.), but in the meantime, if you click on those links it may take you outside of the STRATIS experience.
