Resend Mobile Activation Email for STRATIS Mobile Users
This page and all others on the help site will be retired in Q4 2024. Please refer to the new help site by clicking the Help icon in the top-right corner of the STRATIS Management application.
After 7 days, the activation link sent to your Resident in their activation email will expire. If they’ve failed to click through and activate, you’ll need to resend their activation email.
Select Places
Choose the building, floor, and unit in which the Resident resides.
Select Resident you would like to resend the activation email to.
The Resident info panel will open on the right side of your screen.
Select Resend Activation
This button will only appear in the profiles of Residents who have not yet completed their activation.
The email will be resent to the Resident to activate their account.
