Locks & Keys Page - Schlage

What you see on the Locks & Keys page will depend on whether or not your property has IoT devices in use with STRATIS.

If your Property does have devices:

You can access Program Doors, Return Found Key, and Staff Keys. These functions can also be found on the home page under Shortcuts. Bulk Keys will only appear if your property has SPED or Control locks.

Open

Program Doors

Door programming is done on the STRATIS-provided tablet. For more information on door programming for SPED properties, see our Schlage SPED Management App Guide.

Return Found Key

This is used to return a smart key that can’t be identified and doesn’t belong to a current Resident, such as a smart key that’s found on your property and needs to be cleared from the system for security reasons.

Staff Keys

This is another way to see a list of all Staff keys.

Bulk Keys

This feature is only used by properties with SPED or Control locks.
