Logging In to the STRATIS Mobile App

If you’ve already downloaded the STRATIS Mobile App to your phone, you're just a few steps away from having mobile access.

1. Open the STRATIS Mobile App on your mobile phone.

2. Select Sign in, then Continue.

3. Type in your username which is the email you used to activate your account.

4. Type in your password.

5. Select Log in.

6. Register your device by selecting Register Device if you have not done so already.

• A 6-digit code will be texted to you for two-factor authentication.

7. Enjoy using STRATIS to control your smart home.

NOTE: Your Property Staff will have sent you an email to activate your STRATIS Account. You must activate your account by clicking a link in that email before you can log in to the app on your phone.

Logging in the First Time

When you first log in, you will be taken to the Welcome screen, which displays a few welcome messages which you can click next to view. Or, if you already know the application, you can click Skip Tutorial.

Verifying Bluetooth Settings

The next step is to review the permissions checklist. In order for STRATIS Mobile to work properly, you must have the following Bluetooth settings enabled:

• Bluetooth On - Bluetooth must be enabled on your phone for the application to communicate with nearby smart devices.

• App Access to Bluetooth/Nearby devices - This settings allows your phone to communicate with devices in your vicinity within Bluetooth range.

• Share Location: Always - STRATIS Mobile needs to connect to know your location in order to use location-based features, such as shutting devices on and off based on when you arrive and leave your unit. Be sure to click Enable to allow this feature. Once the feature has been enabled, you will see the green checkmark on the right and the Close button will change to You’re All Set!. Click it to continue to the app.

Accepting the End User License Agreement

Review the end user license agreement, then scroll to the end, then click Accept.

Enabling Mobile Key

The final step before opening the Dashboard is to enable your mobile key. We recommend enabling this feature because it’s much more convenient than using fobs.

1. Activate the Mobile Key switch to enable your phone as a mobile key.

2. After you enable the mobile key, you will be taken to the Permissions screen again and will need to register your phone as a mobile key. Click Register at Register Mobile Key.

3. The Close button will again turn to You’re All Set!. Click it to proceed.
