Accessing Common Areas and Amenities via the STRATIS Mobile App - dormakaba

For properties with dormakaba locks who use dormakaba Keyscan as their access point management

Though your mobile app may only show your unit mobile key (ie. Unit 101), that mobile key will work on all common area and amenity locks as well. You won’t see individual mobile keys for common areas and amenities listed in the mobile app. To unlock these common area and amenity locks, simply tap and hold the blue bar to begin the unlocking process when you are near the common area/amenity lock you’re trying to access.

For properties with dormakaba locks who use Brivo or Chirp as their access point management

In the mobile app, Brivo or Chirp access points will appear as they do for any normal Brivo or Chirp property’s users.
