Property administrators have the ability to set limits on how long someone can consecutively be a visitor on the property. The range is between 1-100 and is always available to be changed depending on property policies. Note that if this limit is changed and a Visitor was given access to the property with a longer limit that matched this setting before you made a change, that Visitor’s access will be blocked entirely. STRATIS also will stop Residents from creating visits that grant access for out of date length limits.

  1. Select Property Setup.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Under Visitor Access Schedule Limit enter in the desired day limit

  4. Save.
