The Visitor list populates with that intended Visitor’s pass.

Receiving
The Visitor receives a text with a unique Brivo pin code. There is no email sent instructing them to download the STRATIS Mobile App.
The Visitor then enters the unique pin code into the Brivo pin pad at their relevant access point, and enters the property.
For Brivo Full access, where the Visitor is required to download an app
What happens for this scenario will depend on how your property has chosen to set up your user pin code access. Property-only access with visitor pin codes is available only if your property has pin codes turned on for visitors. If your property has this turned off, the only option you’ll see in the STRATIS Mobile App will be full access.

1. In most cases, the Visitor gets an email without a pin code instructing them to download the STRATIS Mobile App for access. However, if your property has decided to enable Visitor pin codes, Visitors will get a second email with a pin code when and only when they’ve followed the action from the first email to download and log in to the STRATIS Mobile App.
2. Regardless of how the Visitor received their pin code, the Visitor manually enters the pin code into the Brivo pin pad at their relevant access point, and enters the property.
