  1. Select People.

  2. Select the Staff bar.

  3. Choose the relevant Staff member.

  4. Ensure that the selected Staff member has a phone number associated with their account.

  5. Select Change Role.

  6. Check the Urgent Contact box.

Note: To disable a Staff Member as an urgent contact, just uncheck the Urgent Contact box, then Save.
