How to Register a User Code through Yale Lock Keypad
1. Touch the lock’s keypad to illuminate the keypad.
2. Enter the master PIN, then tap the gear icon.
3. Select register user code by tapping 2, then tapping the gear icon.
4. Confirm intent to register a user code by tapping 1, then tapping the gear icon.
5. The staff member/resident now enters their 4-8 digit untracked user code, then taps the gear icon

. The lock will flash the untracked user code sequence.
6. Tap the checkmark icon

. The lock will play a “completed” confirmation message.

If property staff does not know the current master PIN, the lock will need to be factory defaulted and a new master PIN created. The lock will also need to configured again to exit the wireless network. |

Property staff can delete untracked user codes by creating a mobile key and while in Bluetooth range:
1. Expand the lock view.
2. Tap Lock Settings.
3. Tap Delete Static PIN Codes.
