This menu controls certain master settings for your entire property.

  1. Select Property Setup.

  2. Select Settings.

From this menu, Schlage properties can access the following property settings:

  • Set relock delay (SPED properties only).

  • Set default facility code (SPED properties only).

  • Adjust time zone.

  • Set default maintenance email.

  • Allow/deny Resident maintenance ticket creation (mobile app only).

  • Turn on/off master key creation option.

  • Turn on/off Resident enabled Visitor access to the property.

  • Set Visitor access schedule limits.
