STRATIS is integrated with ActiveBuilding, and our STRATIS Mobile App includes the following ActiveBuilding features:
Payments
Service Requests / Maintenance
Amenity Reservations
Package Management
Events
Community Engagement
Messaging
We’re also integrated with Community Rewards (aka Modern Message), where Residents can be awarded points for their participation in community engagement. From just the one STRATIS Mobile App, you can take advantage of features from all three platforms.
If you’re on a property with these features, and you’ve activated your STRATIS account, you’ll see feature tiles on your dashboard like in the below image:
Selecting each of these tiles will allow you to complete that relevant action for ActiveBuilding or Community Rewards.
If you’ve activated your ActiveBuilding account at any point in the past (via activation email or web), clicking on one of the connected features will automatically enable that functionality in the STRATIS Mobile App.
Similarly, if you’ve activated your Community Rewards account at any point in the past (via activation email or web), selecting Rewards will automatically enable that functionality in the STRATIS Mobile App.
If you haven’t yet set up your ActiveBuilding or Community Rewards accounts before logging into the STRATIS Mobile App, don’t worry! You can finish the one-time setup inside of the app in just a few minutes.
We’re working on enabling these features without having to activate multiple accounts (ex. STRATIS, ActiveBuilding, Community Rewards accounts), and we expect refinement to these in early 2022. We’re also improving the navigation of the features, so that you can easily view things like the ActiveBuilding dashboard. These improvements will be available soon and enabled automatically.
If you’re already on a STRATIS property and the ActiveBuilding or Community Rewards features are synced at some point in the future, those capabilities will automatically appear on your dashboard the next time that you log in. You can always edit your dashboard, and remove whichever of the feature tiles that you choose.
If your connection to these features fails for some reason, please contact your Property Staff to ensure that your account is synced to your property’s Property Management System (OneSite, Yardi, etc.). Otherwise, please ask for them to contact STRATIS Support on your behalf.
