Activating Your Resident Account

When you move into a STRATIS site you will have the ability to utilize the STRATIS mobile application to unlock and lock your door, access property amenity spaces, and control your IoT devices. To get started you will need to activate your account using the link sent to you by property staff.

1. Property staff will input your email into the STRATIS Management System

2. Navigate to your email inbox

3. You will receive an email from Support support@stratisems.com

4. Click Activate Account

5. Create your password

   • Password must be 8 or more characters and contain at least one number or symbol

6. Verify your passwords match

7. Input your cell phone number for two-factor authentication

8. Click Submit

   NOTE: Activation emails expire after 7 days. Please contact your property staff to resend your activation email.
