STRATIS has recently added a new type of user role called a Guest. Guests are typically managed by third-party vendors such as Self Guided Tour or Migo. You might add these individuals if they’re touring a unit to see if they want to sign a lease and rent from your property, or if they’re participating in a short-term rental of a unit where it doesn’t make sense to add them as a full Resident.

Guests will also show up in your Management App if they’ve made their own appointments for tours. Once a tour time is past, they’ll be removed from the Guests menu. Staff can still select a date range in the past to see past Guests. Future and Current Guests will show in the list by default.

 

To view your Guests:

  1. Select the People menu.

  2. In the new screen that appears, expand the Guests accordion menu at the bottom. 

  3. Here, all active Guests will appear in a list. You can sort Guests based on Start Date and End Date, or search for a particular Guest by using the search box to the upper right of your Guests menu.
