Welcome home. The STRATIS Mobile App lets you unlock and lock your door, access property common areas and amenity spaces, and control your unit’s IoT devices. To get started, you’ll need to activate your user account using the link sent to you by your property.

  1. Check your email inbox. This should be the same email you gave to your Property Administrator or Leasing Agent when you signed paperwork to move into your property.

  2. Find the email sent to you by STRATIS Support at support@stratisems.com.

    1. Activation emails expire after 7 days.

    2. If you’ve missed your activation window, please contact your Property Administrator to resend your activation email.

  3. Select Activate Account.

  4. Create your password.

    • Passwords must be 8 or more characters and contain at least one number or symbol.

  5. Verify that your passwords match.

  6. Enter your cell phone number for two-factor authentication. This must be a mobile number and can never be a land line.

  7. Submit.
