The CommunityConnect Mobile App can be used to lock and unlock your home's doors, as well as access the property's common area and amenity spaces.

  1. Open the CommunityConnect Mobile App and log in if needed.

  2. When the app is opened it will begin to scan for in-range locks.

  3. Your home screen is customizable and can display your most used common area locks.

    • You can learn to customize your dashboard here.

  4. Select the Devices button located in the top right of your screen to see a list of all accessible nearby locks.

  5. When you’re within Bluetooth range of the door, you’ll be able to activate your lock to gain access.

    • You can either swipe to unlock or long press to unlock.

    • To switch the interface to your preference of swipe or unlock, please select menu, then Preferences, and change your Unlock Preference.

  6. Your phone will display an Activation Successful message when you have unlocked the door.

    • You’ll then be able to gain access to the common area or amenity space.
