Master keys aren’t made in the STRATIS Management App. To make an emergency keya master key, which can be used for purposes such as emergency or fire access, do so in Community. Once you make an Emergency Key a master key in Community, even if the property layout changes afterwards, that same Emergency Key master key will still work and doesn’t need to be recreated.
