Hardware Needed:
STRATIS Tablet
Red programming smart keyob
2-Prong cable
Mini USB
Ensure that the tablet is connected to internet.
Select Door Operations via the shortcut on the STRATIS homepage.
Select Download Door Files.
Select the units to be downloaded.
The blue triangle on the left of the unit group lets you view units within the group.
The blue plus sign lets you select an entire unit group or an individual unit.
Select Download
Attach the 2-Prong cable to the mini usb adapter and plug it into the tablet.
Select Yes if the tablet asks you to use the USB device.
Under Connect to Locks, select iButton.
Touch the Red Programming smart key to the door so that it starts flashing red and green and insert the 2-prong cable into the door.
Once connected to the lock, located on the left-hand side of the tablet you’ll see Download Door Audit. Select that and the door audit will be pulled and uploaded to the servers if you’re connected to internet.
If you aren’t connected to the internet, as soon as the tablet reconnects the audit will be uploaded to the servers and will be viewable on the reports page.
