When you move into a STRATIS site you will have the ability to utilize the STRATIS mobile application to Welcome home. The CommunityConnect Mobile App lets you unlock and lock your door, access property common areas and amenity spaces, and control your unit’s IoT devices. To get started you will , you’ll need to activate your user account using the link sent to you by your property staff.

  1. Click Activate Account

  2. Create your password

    Property staff will input Check your email into the STRATIS Management System

  3. Navigate to your email inbox

  4. You will receive an email from Supportsupport@stratisems.com
  5. inbox. This should be the same email you gave to your Property Administrator or Leasing Agent when you signed paperwork to move into your property.

  6. Find the email sent to you by STRATIS Support at support@stratisems.com.

    1. Activation emails expire after 7 days.

    2. If you’ve missed your activation window, please contact your Property Administrator to resend your activation email.

  7. Select Activate Account.

  8. Create your password.

    • Passwords must be 8 or more characters and contain at least one number or symbol.

  9. Verify that your passwords match.

  10. Input Enter your cell phone number for two-factor authentication

    Click Submit

    NOTE: Activation emails expire after 7 days. Please contact your property staff to resend your activation email. This must be a mobile number and can never be a land line.

  11. Submit.
