  1. Open the CommunityConnect Mobile App and log in if needed.

  2. When opened, the app will display your home screendashboard.

  3. Select the menu button located at the top left of your screen.

  4. Select Visitors.

  5. Select the + icon.

  6. Enter the Visitor’s information: first name, last name, email, and phone number.

    • You can also pre-fill the Visitor’s information by selecting the head and shoulders button and pulling the information from your contacts list.

  7. Select the Visitor’s start date and time, and then the end date and end time.

  8. Once complete, select Add.

  9. Create a schedule for the Visitor.

  10. Use the slider and day picker to customize access to specific periods, or select Allow for 24/7 access.

  11. Select Next.

  12. If full unit access was granted, the Visitor will receive an email from STRATIS prompting them to activate their account and download the CommunityConnect Mobile App.

  13. The Visitor will now appear in your visitor list.
