Download the Chirp Access mobile app: https://www.chirpsystems.com/app .
If your property is using the STRATIS mobile app, log into in to the Chirp app with your STRATIS account and email and create a Chirp password.
Tap on the “…” in the bottom menu.
Under the Staff Dashboard, tap Home Access Management.
Select the property and then Units.
Select the Unit number and tap Add Module to this Unit.
Scan the Serial Number barcode on the module box or on the module itself (the barcode on the box works better for iphones). Alternatively, manually input the Serial Number.
Select the name of the door and Save.
A green success banner message will display indicating that the module is provisioned.
Tap Next Unit to add a module to the next unit, or Back to go back to the list of Units (Step 3). Pull the screen down to refresh your Property Overview data.

Start with a new lock or factory reset lock , and install the lock as you would any other lock. Then, and follow these steps:
NOTE: Never remove or add a module without first removing at least one battery from the lock. Failure to remove batteries during module insertion/removal can destroy the module.
Remove at least one (1) battery from the lock, then carefully insert the module.
Insert all 4 batteries.
Place your hand on the touchscreen to wake up the lock, then tap the gear icon.
Enter an 8-digit master code, then tap the gear icon to complete.
If you need assistance ensuring help create a unique master code uniqueness, use the random code generator found in the Chirp Access mobile app under Staff Dashboard. Master codes should not be written down nor or shared. Do not use the same master code for all locks on your property.
Place your hand on the lock’s keypad to begin the handing process. The lock will indicate success with a verbal “Lock Handing Completed” message.
Exit the wireless network by waking up the lock by placing your hand on the keypad:
Enter the master code followed by the gear icon.
Configure the Wireless Module Setting Mode:
Tap 7, tap the gear icon, tap 3, and tap the gear icon one final time.
